1. Software License Grant
Upon purchasing a Tandem Mirror license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and run the software on up to two (2) personal Mac computers owned and operated by you.
Each license includes all minor updates and bug fixes within the major version cycle. The license key may not be shared, redistributed, publicly posted, or resold.
2. 14-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee
We stand firmly behind the performance and stability of Tandem Mirror. If the software does not work with your phone or fails to meet your expectations for any reason, you are entitled to a full 100% refund within 14 days of purchase.
To claim a refund, simply email tandemmac@proton.me or reply directly to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Refunds are processed promptly through Lemon Squeezy with zero hassle.
3. Telephony Audio & Permitted Lawful Use
Tandem Mirror provides real-time desktop audio output for cellular telephone calls initiated on your connected Android phone. The software functions as a hands-free speaker accessory.
You agree to use Tandem Mirror in compliance with all applicable local, state, and international laws, including telecommunications regulations and privacy statutes. Tandem Mirror does not include covert recording capabilities; users are responsible for ensuring that all conversations comply with jurisdictional consent standards.
4. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles order fulfillment, customer billing inquiries, returns, and taxes. When you make a purchase, your transaction is governed by Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Tandem Mirror is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for maximum compatibility across macOS and Android releases, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service against breaking changes introduced by third-party operating system updates from Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
In no event shall the authors or developers of Tandem Mirror be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the software license.

macOS, Mac, MacBook, and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. Samsung, Galaxy, and Samsung DeX are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Android and Google Pixel are trademarks of Google LLC. Tandem Mirror is an independent software application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these entities.
